I founds some awesome pictures from old photo booths online, so I decided to use them to practice

3D animation final

'Finished it just now. 'Things could always use some tweaking, but I've got other finals to do.
Maybe if I have time during break I'll try out some Zbrush or attempt to rig it.

inky doodles

Yesterday I got a new sketchbook and did some brush/ink doodles to see whether I wanted to do my narrative illustration final in that medium. I really like it, so I most likely will.

The blue picture is an illustration assignment I had to do of an embarrassing story about a girl who slipped in the mud at the beach. My professor said it looked more like the girl was embarrassed by the "atomic blast" behind her. I guess I shouldn't have been playing Fallout while drawing that one.....

3d Anim

Ortho for my 3-D animation final.  I've finished modeling him and am in the process of unwrapping.   'Screenshots pending.  I need to have the textures mostly-done by Tuesday (fingers crossed)

I wish I had the time to try to figure out how to use z-brush to add some detail.  That'll have to wait....

hmmmmmmm......'worked on this for an hour or so trying to learn more about flesh tones/white fabric/shadows.  ...I don't think I'll take this any further.  

I should try to do speed-paintings like this every day.

Here are some pictures of my Sculpture final that I turned in yesterday.   It's constructed out of a bird mask/puppet head I made and my own clothing which I stuffed....   I've been working a lot with bird imagery lately, but I'll post the other things later 'cause this week is just crazy.......

FINALS WEEK at MICA!!!!  ....oh man.....  How will we all live though it?
